Simply fill out the form to enter, but be aware, you will need a UPC code to participate, which you can easily get by going to a store, locating a product, and copying the UPC code.
Lactantia Contest Prizes:
There are five (5) Grand Prizes to be won by random draw, each consisting of
- one(1) Segway Ninebot KickScooter MAX G2 e-scooter (or equivalent model) and
- one (1) Garmin Venu 3S 41mm Bluetooth smartwatch (or equivalent model)
For a total value of ten thousand dollars (C$10,000).
How to Enter:
You will need a UPC code to participate.
Locate the UPC code found on the packaging of one (1) eligible product and submit it, along with your information on the entry form.
Limit: One (1) entry per UPC code, per email address, per week during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry.
